Product Return and Change Policy
Items purchased from Sekoia.gr are eligible for a product or size exchange, if they are damaged or different from the photos presented and returned within 14 days of purchase . If your purchase is delayed in customs, please contact us on email@example.com for approval for a late return. Please note that we have a 5€ charge for return policy.
Sekoia.gr should be informed via an e-mail within 7 days of receiving your package should any return or exchange needed. Once we receive and accept your e-mail we will arrange the pick up from you. The return fee in this case is upon the sender-customer via registered standard delivery or express delivery. In this case the refund will take place only after the package is received and checked by Sekoia.gr.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with their original tags attached.
Below you can see tips in order to keep your items in a returnable condition:
Shoes: please try on shoes on a carpet
Swimwear: please try on over underwear for hygiene reasons and do not remove protective strip
Tops & Dresses: please be careful of makeup or deodorant
We do not accept returns on items which have been used or are not sent in accordance with the Return Policy of Sekoia.gr
We do not accept refunds & store credit on items purchased on sale.
Products on sale can only be exchanged with products on sale and within the specific dates that are recommended from Sekoia according to the case.
Pick-up orders for returns are strictly given by Sekoia after accepting the customer’s request.
Sekoia reserves the right not to accept any return/refund/exchange if it is not compliant with any or some of the above.
Sekoia reserves the right to change any Terms & Conditions.
