All deliveries are being handled by Elta Courier and Geniki Taxydromiki. The delivery timings vary depending on the area you live in: 1-2 working days within Attica 1-3 working days for the rest of Greece 1-5 working days for remote area
When the parcel leaves our offices, you receive an email including the tracking number of your delivery. If the courier service cannot find you in the address given, the parcel stays at the closest store for 7 days in order for you to pick it up. If you don’t, the parcel returns to us. You can select the parcel to be picked up from the courier store from the beginning when you complete your purchase.
Shipping in Cyprus:
There are two delivery options for all shipments to Cyprus. Standard delivery with Kronos Express courier arriving within 8 working days: 8,00€ Express delivery with Kronos Express arriving within 2 working days: 15,00€
We now ship to 27 countries within the EU. Standard delivery with DHL courier arriving within 7 working days: 16,00€ Express delivery with DHL arriving within 2 working days: 22,00€
Delivery timings may vary depending on the accessibility of your address (e.g. remote areas) and the date of your order (no delivery during weekends or public holidays).
For all international shipping we offer the DHL on demand delivery. This service notifies you via sms or mail for your scheduled delivery date and time. It also offers you flexible delivery options allowing you to choose a different delivery option most suitable to you. If still we cannot locate you in the arranged date and time, the parcel will return to our Headquarters.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them within 14 days from the day you receive your order, providing they are in original resalable condition and the receipt is included in the returned package. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in the original condition. All returned packages must be sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit. Swimwear can only be accepted as a return with the safe tape and brand tag included.
Returns in Greece:
For all items shipped in Greece, we offer a return service free of charge by using the Elta Courier Service and Geniki Taxydromiki courier service. The steps are simple:
Return the initial parcel using one of our couriers. In your package along with the receipt enclose the filled-in return form where you note if you wish to proceed with credit voucher or product exchange
As soon as we receive your returned parcel, we proceed with the option you have selected (* You could contact us via email or phone to ensure that the new product is available.)
If you choose the credit voucher you should know that it has an expiration date based on the date of your order. You have 60 days
If you choose to proceed with a product exchange, you need to note it in the return form and make a new order. The new order will be sent following our standard shipping conditions
The exchange cost is 5 euros and it will be charged in your new order.
International returns including Cyprus:
For all international returns please follow the next steps: Send back the items you wish to return. You need to enclose the receipt and filled-in return form. You need to use a trackable, secure courier service of your choice and pay for the safe return of the parcel to our HQ offices in Thessaloniki, Greece. Then send us a mail at email@example.com with your name, tracking number and courier service you are using.
We offer exchange money only when the product is defective or wrong.
